Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR SULFETO DE DIMETILA DE UM FLUXO DE COQUE GASEIFICADO. Coque de petróleo ou carvão coque é gaseificado para produzir um fluxo de gás contendo monóxido de carbono, hidrogênio, sulfeto de hidrogênio e, opcionalmente, amônia, dióxido de carbono, água e nitrogênio. Monóxido de carbono, hidrogênio e sulfeto de hidrogênio e, opcionalmente, amônia, dióxido de carbono, água e nitrogênio são separados do fluxo de gás. O monóxido de carbono e hidrogênio separados reagem para produzir metanol e o metanol reage com o sulfeto de hidrogênio separado para produzir sulfeto de dimetila.
