resumo patente de invenção: "método de controle de uma prensa com coeficiente de transmissão variável". a invenção refere-se a um método para o controle de uma prensa (10). a prensa (10) possui um motor acionador elétrico (21) e uma engrenagem de prensa (22) com coeficiente de transmissão variável (ü). um percursor (12) da prensa (10) está montado em forma móvel na direção do curso (r) e através da engrenagem da prensa (22) está unido com o motor acionador elétrico (21). o coeficiente de transmissão (ü) aumenta progressivamente no momento do percursor de um ponto de inversão (ot) superior até um ponto de inversão (ut) inferior e aumenta acentuadamente. para evitar uma transposição de uma força de prensagem máxima (fmax) predeterminada da prensa (10), será predeterminado um torque máximo (mmax) dependente da posição para o motor acionador elétrico (21). o conjunto de controle compara o respectivo momento de acionamento (m) aplicado com o torque máximo (mmax), dependente de posição. tão logo, o momento de acionamento (m) ultrapasse o torque máximo dependente de posição (mmax), será daí reconhecido o perigo de que a força aplicada pelo percursor (12) ultrapassará a força de prensagem máxima (fmax) com um movimento de deformação continuado. o conjunto de controle (12) reduzirá, então, o momento de acionamento (m) a fim de evitar danos na prensa (10). 1/1
