Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "arqueamento de tubo para operações de assentamento em bobina". a presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho para o arqueamento de um tubo a fim de mitigar um enrugamento interno, com benefício particular ao se arquear um tubo revestido após enrolamento. o arqueamento é realizado continuamente por meio do avanço do tubo (10) por uma zona de arqueamento (24) ao mesmo tempo que um mandril interno (14) se mantém na zona de arqueamento de modo a resistir a um enrugamento. em uma variante, o mandril compreende elementos de encaixe de tubo longitudinalmente espaçados (42, 44) e um elo de tração (46) entre os elementos permite um movimento relativo entre os elementos. uma conexão de retenção sobre um (42) dos elementos aplica uma força de retenção ao elemento a ser transmitido para o outro elemento através do elo de tração. em uma outra variante, o mandril compreende um corpo de encaixe de tubo (38) com uma conexão de retenção em uma extremidade do corpo. o corpo é flexível de modo a se arquear com o tubo e é moldado de modo a se encaixar em uma superfície interna do tubo ao longo da maior parte do comprimento do corpo.
