resumo "palete plástico com reforços para reduzir a flexão e processo para reciclagem de palete", por tratar a presente invenção de um palete plástico compreendendo reforços tais como insertos, o qual é moldado a partir de um material termoplástico e apresenta uma elevada resistência à flexão gerada pela carga quando são utilizados mecanismos para o transporte e manipulação destes paletes, tal como ocorre quando o palete se encontra submetido ao empilhamento de cargas. o palete plástico com reforços de acordo com a presente invenção é reforçado com insertos que se encontram posicionados estrategicamente na cobertura do palete com o propósito de aumentar a rigidez da estrutura geral do mencionado palete, e são completamente incorporados no material de espuma plástica que é injetado nas colunas do palete plástico, impossibilitando desta maneira a movimentação e a extração dos mencionados insertos. além disso, o palete plástico com reforços de acordo com a presente invenção é mais leve em comparação com os paletes convencionais, incluindo outros paletes reforçados, proporcionando, portanto, características melhoradas em relação ao suporte estrutural. além disso, no final de sua vida útil, o palete plástico com reforços de acordo com a presente invenção pode ser totalmente reciclado, reduzindo com isto o impacto ecológico provocado pelo descarte destes tipos de paletes plásticos. 1/1
