Abstract

resumo método para a introdução de gene em euglena, e transformante do mesmo são fornecidos um método para a introdução de um gene em euglena, que pode manter estavelmente um gene estranho, e um transformante do mesmo. neste método para a introdução de um gene em euglena, um fragmento de dna contendo uma sequência de aminoácidos que codifica uma proteína é introduzido em uma célula de euglena. o método inclui: uma etapa de produção de um vetor binário que contém um fragmento de dna; uma etapa de obtenção de um fragmento de gene linear que inclui uma região de t-dna, incluindo o fragmento de dna no vetor binário; e uma etapa de introdução direta do gene de introduzir diretamente o fragmento do gene linear para a célula de euglena.
