resumo patente de invenção: "cateter para bloqueio de nervo". um cateter para bloqueio de nervo, em que nervos perivasculares podem ser efetivamente bloqueados, compreende: uma pluralidade de eletrodos, uma estrutura de ponta melhorada; e um dispositivo de bloqueio de nervo. um cateter de acordo com um aspecto da presente invenção é um cateter para bloqueio de nervo compreendendo: um corpo de cateter longo estendido em uma direção de modo a possuir extremidades distal e proximal, tendo um espaço interno formado na direção longitudinal; um elemento móvel capaz de se mover na direção longitudinal do corpo de cateter na espaço interno do corpo de cateter; um membro de operação de qual a extremidade distal é conectada ao elemento móvel de modo a mover o elemento móvel; uma pluralidade de membros de suporte de quais as extremidades em um lado são conectadas ao elemento móvel, desse modo permitindo as outras extremidades tornem-se mais distantes de ou torne-se mais próximas do corpo do cateter pelo movimento do elemento móvel; uma pluralidade de eletrodos, fornecem respectivamente nas outras extremidades da pluralidade dos membros de suporte, para gerar calor; e fios condutores, eletricamente conectados a pluralidade de eletrodos, respectivamente, para fornecer um caminho fonte de energia para a pluralidade de eletrodos, e compreendendo porções variáveis no formato de bobinas nas quais as extremidades proximais das porções variáveis são fixadas ao um lado do corpo do cateter e as extremidades distais das porções variáveis são fixadas ao elemento móvel.
