resumo patente de invenção: "sistema de sensor de velocidade e configuração de montagem para motores de tração de locomotiva". a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de sensor de velocidade para um motor de tração de locomotiva do tipo apresentando um cabeçote de carcaça de motor adjacente a cada truque de transporte, incluindo um braço de montagem, conectável ao cabeçote da carcaça em uma distância prescrita a partir de um eixo de rotação do motor e uma porção de suporte de sensor que se estende da superfície interna através da abertura de ventilação e apresentando uma porção tubular oca na extremidade para desengatavelmente receber e posicionar uma montagem de sensor separada de tal maneira que o próprio sensor fique posicionado com precisão com relação à superfície de engrenagem da armadura do motor de tração.
