Abstract

ALDEÍDOS COMO INGREDIENTES PERFUMANTES. A presente invenção refere-se a um aldeído de fórmula (I) sob a forma de qualquer um dos seus estereoisômeros ou uma mistura destes, e em que cada linha tracejada, independentemente entre si, representa uma ligação simples ou dupla; n é 0 ou 1; R1 representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo metila; R2 representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo metila ou etila; e R3, que é um substituinte em quaisquer das posições 2 a 6 do radical cíclico, representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo metila ou etila, ou um grupo CH2 que liga as posições 3 e 6; e seu uso como ingrediente perfumante, por exemplo, para conferir notas odoríferas do tipo aldeído, de lírio do vale.
