Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "método para reduzir oscilações da coluna de perfuração". a presente invenção refere-se a método e sistema de reduzir e/ou evitar oscilações axiais ou de torção em uma coluna de perfuração (24) com uma broca (26) fixada em sua extremidade inferior e controlada por um mecanismo de elevação (8) e rotação (6) fixado em sua extremidade de topo, onde variáveis controláveis são velocidades vertical e rotacional e as de resposta são força de tensão axial e torque, o método incluindo as etapas: escolher pelo menos um modo de oscilação de coluna para ser controlado; monitorar a variável controlável e de resposta relevante para o modo de oscilação; determinar o período de oscilação do modo; estimar a velocidade da broca dinâmica do modo; determinar um pulso de velocidade capaz de gerar uma oscilação com uma amplitude substancialmente igual à amplitude da velocidade de broca estimada; e iniciar uma variação de velocidade controlada de circuito aberto adicionando o pulso de velocidade ao comando de velocidade ajustado por operador quando a amplitude da estimativa de velocidade de broca exceder certo nível limite e a anti-fase da estimativa de velocidade de broca corresponder com a fase da oscilação gerada por pulso.
