resumo aparelho eletrocirúrgico de ablação a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho eletrocirúrgico de ablação para a geração e emissão de energia de radiação eletromagnética para a ablação do tecido biológico. o aparelho compreende uma unidade de operação (1), uma unidade de aplicador portátil (3) com uma antena de aplicador (4) e uma conexão a cabo (2) entre ambos. a antena de aplicador (4) é uma antena de ablação dual ou multirressonante (41a,..41d) para a transmissão de energia de ablação de micro-ondas em pelo menos duas frequências diferentes que são selecionadas especialmente de acordo com as propriedades elétricas e dimensões do tecido a ser ablacionado.
