Abstract
resumo plasma de dupla função e instrumento eletrocirúrgico de coagulação de micro-ondas não-ionizante e aparelho eletrocirúrgico incorporando os mesmos um dispositivo eletrocirúrgico que é capaz de gerar um plasma para realizar a coagulação de superfície e emitir um campo de micro-ondas não-ionizante (na ausência de plasma) para realizar a coagulação a um nível mais profundo. o dispositivo compreende uma ponta de sonda que está conectada para receber radiofrequência (rf) e/ou energia de frequência de micro-ondas de um gerador e também define uma passagem de fluxo para um gás. a ponta da sonda é ajustável entre uma primeira configuração, na qual se define uma estrutura bipolar (por exemplo, coaxial) para produzir um campo elétrico elevado a partir da energia de frequência de micro-ondas e/ou de rf através da passagem de fluxo para que o gás atinja e sustente o plasma e uma segunda configuração, em que ela define uma estrutura de antena para emitir uma energia de micro-ondas não-ionizante no tecido. 1/1
