Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "processo de produção de um coquetel enzimático, utilizando os resíduos sólidos de um processo de conversão bioquímica de materiais lignocelulósicos". a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de um coquetel enzimático em cultura submerso com micro-organismos celulolíticos, compreendendo duas fases: uma fase a) de crescimento desses micro-organismos em presença de pelo menos um substrato carbonado de crescimento em reator fechado, essa fase de crescimento sendo realizada com uma concentração em substrato carbonado de crescimento compreendido entre 10 e 90 g/l; uma fase b) de produção do coquetel enzimático, na qual pelo menos um substrato carbonado indutor é alimentado, esse substrato carbonado indutor sendo pelo menos um resíduo sólido oriundo da etapa de hidrólise enzimática de materiais lignocelulósicos que sofreram uma etapa de pré-tratamento, essa fase de produção sendo realizada com uma concentração em um substrato carbonado de produção, compreendida entre 150 e 400 g/l.
