sistema de planejamento de tratamento para gerar tratamento específico por paciente, sistema de terapia de radiação, método para gerar tratamento específico por paciente, e sistema de terapia de radiação. um sistema de planejamento de tratamento para gerar tratamento específico por paciente. o sistema incluindo um ou mais processadores programados para receber um plano de tratamento de radiação (rtp) para irradiar um alvo ao longo do curso de uma ou mais frações de tratamento, o dito rtp incluindo uma distribuição de dose planejada a ser liberada ao alvo, receber dados de movimento para pelo menos uma das frações de tratamento do rtp, receber dados métricos de liberação temporal para pelo menos uma das frações de tratamento do rtp, calcular uma distribuição de dose compensada de movimento para o alvo utilizando os dados de movimento e os dados métricos de liberação temporal para ajustar a distribuição de dose planejada, com base nos dados de movimento e dados métricos de liberação temporal recebidos e comparar a distribuição de dose compensada de movimento à distribuição de dose planejada.
