resumo patende de invenção: "método e dispositivo de codificação de vídeo, método e dispositivo de decodificação de vídeo e programas". a presente invenção tem objetivo minimizar o volume de codificação de geração de coeficiente de filtro de um filtro de interpolação aplicado. um dispositivo de codificação de vídeo utiliza a correção de movimento compreende: unidade de detecção de movimento que realiza uma busca de movimento e adquire um vetor de movimento; unidade de derivação de coeficiente de filtro de interpolação que computa um coeficiente de filtro de interpolação; unidade de interpolação que, utilizando o coeficiente de filtro de interpolação e o vetor de movimento, realiza a interpolação de pixel de precisão decimal e implementa a codificação; unidade de seleção de parâmetro que seleciona, entre os parâmetros que são utilizados na codificação por entropia do coeficiente de filtro de interpolação, parâmetro com o qual o volume de codificação gerado do coeficiente de filtro de interpolação é menor entre pluralidade de parâmetros designados, unidade de processamento de codificação que codifica o parâmetro selecionado e o coeficiente de filtro de interpolação computado e envia o parâmetro codificado e o coeficiente de filtro de interpolação codificado.
