Abstract
1/1 resumo “tubo bimetálico formado por alumina para fornos de processo de refinaria e método de produção e uso” é provido um tubo bimetálico para transporte de estoques de matéria-prima de hidrocarbonetos em fornos de processo de refinaria e, mais particularmente, em serpentinas radiantes de forno, incluindo: i) uma camada de tubo externa sendo formada de aços inoxidáveis, incluindo cromo na faixa de 15,0 a 26,0 % em peso com base no peso total de aço inoxidável, ii) uma camada de tubo interna sendo formada de uma liga em massa formadora de alumina, incluindo 5,0 a 10,0 % em peso de al, 20,0 % em peso a 25 % em peso de cr, menos do que 0,4 % em peso de si, e pelo menos 35,0 % em peso de fe, com o resto sendo ni, em que a camada de tubo interna é formada por soldagem de pó de plasma da liga em massa formadora de alumina sobre a superfície interna da camada de tubo externa, e iii) uma camada de óxido formada na superfície da camada de tubo interna, em que a camada de óxido é substancialmente compreendida de alumina, óxido de cromo, sílica, mulita, espinélios, ou suas misturas. também são providos os métodos de produzir e utilizar o tubo bimetálico.
