Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "processo, dispositivo e peça compósita para a fabricação de uma lente híbrida". a presente invenção refere-se a um processo e a um dispositivo de fabricação de uma lente (7, 21) de contato híbrida, a partir de uma peça compósita formada por uma parte central rígida conectada a uma parte periférica flexível (9, 23) por um material adesivo (10, 24), a uma tal peça e a uma tal lente. a partir de um disco rígido (2) permeável ao oxigênio e de um disco flexível (3) hidrófilo previamente hidratado, é formada por colagem de um disco sobre o outro uma peça compósita (1) que compreende três camadas superpostas, se seca a dita peça compósita (1) durante um tempo determinado suficiente para permitir a desidratação do disco flexível, e depois se corta a seco com uma ferramenta de usinagem a dita peça compósita apresentando para isso a face da parte flexível (3) hidrófila no lado da ferramenta para obter a lente híbrida, deixando-se uma tira de desprendimento (26) no contorno externo (27) da parte periférica rígida.
