Abstract

células solares sensibilizadas por corante com nanotubos de carbono dopados com nitrogênio uma célula solar sensibilizada por corante compreendendo um elétrodo de óxido metálico, um contra elétrodo que está coltado para o elétrodo de óxido metálico e um eletrólito disposto entre o elétrodo de óxido metálico e o contra elétrodo, em que o elétrodo compreende um óxido metálico corante nele localizados e o eletrólito compreende um par redox eletroquímico. além disso, entre o elétrodo de óxido metálico e contra o elétrodo, são organizados nanotubos de carbono dopados com nitrogênio (n-cnt), que estão em contato elétrico com contra elétrodo. a invenção diz ainda respeito a um método para a obtenção de energia elétrica por meio de células solares sensibilizadas por corante de acordo com a invenção e ao uso de nanotubos de carbono dopados com nitrogênio como catalisador na reação de um par redox eletroquímico, em especial do par redox i<sym>/i~ 3~<sym>.
