Abstract
redução de fricção para componentes de motor. a presente invenção se refere a técnicas para baixar fricção entre superfícies móveis de, por exemplo, um motor de combustão interna. redução de fricção é alcançada pela adição de modificações de textura ás superfícies que entram em contato entre si. modificações de textura que reduzem fricção de acordo com a presente invenção incluem ondulações de diferentes geometrias e profundidades ionizam as superfícies de componentes. a presente invenção também se refere á técnica de fabricação para aplicar as texturas ás superfícies. em outra modalidade, a máscara suave padronizada é aplicada sobre uma superfície grande (plana ou curva incluindo superfícies de rolos cilíndricos) a ser seguida por corrosão eletroquímica a imprimir as texturas sobre o componente. e, em outra modalidade, um filme de carbono tipo diamante (dlc) pode ser aplicado ao componente de turbina para também reduzir fricção.
