Abstract

sistema para detecção de não uniformidades em materiais à base de manta a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema para a detecção da presença de padrões de não uniformidade e fornece uma saída que indica uma severidade de cada tipo de padrão de não uniformidade. o sistema inclui uma ferramenta de classificação computadorizada que auxilia um usuário a designar classificações técnicas (isto é, marcadores) de maneira eficiente e consistente a uma ampla coleção de imagens de treinamento que representam amostras de um dado produto. além disso, o software de classificação desenvolve um modelo que permite que um sistema de inspeção computadorizado detecte a presença de padrões de não uniformidade em um material de manta fabricado em tempo real, e forneça uma saída indicativa de um nível de severidade de cada padrão em uma escala contínua. o sistema inclui também abordagens algorítmicas e de hardware para significativamente aumentar a velocidade do sistema de inspeção.
