resumo patente de invenção: "bolsa de embalagem com propriedades de fluxo de alimento". a presente invenção refere-se a uma bolsa de embalagem feita de uma película de mono ou múltiplas camadas flexível para a embalagem de geléia viscosa e/ou alimento de matriz de caldo de carne, em que um termo ciclo tais como retorta, pasteurização, enchimento por via quente ou condições asséticas são aplicáveis, a superfície de uma camada da película que forma as paredes internas da bolsa ou um revestimento de superfície sobre a película estando em contato com alimento compreende uma substância tendo o efeito de que a tensão superficial da camada ou o revestimento de superfície sobre a camada é de 24 mn/m ou menos e as paredes internas da bolsa estando em contato com alimento exibem propriedades fáceis de fluxo. a substância compreende um polímero de enxerto tendo uma cadeia principal de copolímero acrílico com base em poliolefina com a estrutura geral [ch2crcoo(ch2)pch3]x[ch2cr1coo(ch2)2(cf2)qcf3]y com r = h, ch3; r1= h, ch3; 0 < p < 35; 0 < q < 15; 40 > y/x > 0,03.
