Abstract

unidade de rotor, máquina elétrica rotativa e método para fabricar unidade de rotor uma unidade de rotor inclui um núcleo de rotor feito de chapas de aço laminadas que são laminadas verticalmente, e um suporte feito de resina. o núcleo de rotor e o suporte são fixados por meio de moldagem por inserção. por este motivo, o processo de fabricar o núcleo de rotor e o suporte é encurtado. adicionalmente, na superfície periférica externa do núcleo de rotor, uma parte de resina que constitui o suporte está presente entre a pluralidade de chapas de aço que constituem o núcleo de rotor. por este motivo, a força de fixação do núcleo de rotor e do suporte melhora. adicionalmente, uma vez que a separação entre o núcleo de rotor e o suporte é suprimida, os ímãs podem ser facilmente encaixados por pressão.
