Relatório Descritivo da Patente de Invenção para PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A SOLDAGEM CONTÍNUA DE COMPONENTES PLÁSTICOS DE UM PRODUTO.
[0001] A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e a um dispositivo para a soldagem contínua de componentes plásticos de um produto ao longo de uma área de junção que se estende circunferencialmente.
[0002] Para soldar componentes plásticos é conhecido aplicar a energia necessária na área da junção por meio de um laser, energia esta necessária para o aquecimento e para a fusão do plástico. A partir da patente europeia EP 1 048 439 - A passou a ser conhecido um processo deste tipo, no qual no processo de solda contínua é soldado um componente permeável à luz laser com um componente não transparente para a luz laser. Para tanto, a fonte da luz laser para fusão do plástico é conduzida ao longo da área da junção, estando as peças montadas fixamente.
[0003] Com o processo conhecido não podem ser conhecidos tempos de cadências elevados com o correspondente número grande de peças individuais na soldagem de componentes plásticos. Os elevados números de passos e de peças não são alcançados, por exemplo, na produção de embalagens finais para produtos alimentícios ou produtos na área da cosmética ou para a produção de produtos clínicos em massa como cânulas. Na produção desses produtos comumente o fecho preso em um recipiente, será adicionalmente protegido por meio de solda.
[0004] Portanto, a invenção tem como objeto oferecer um dispositivo e um processo para a soldagem contínua de componentes plásticos que possibilita a produção de produtos com tempos de cadências elevados e correspondentemente elevado número de peças.

2/7 [0005] Esta tarefa é solucionada pelo fato de que os componentes plásticos a serem soldados, inicialmente são movidos para a sua posição de junção onde serão fixados e, em seguida, o produto para ser soldado, é transportado ao longo de uma fonte de calor fixa, sendo que na área da fonte de calor fixa o produto será - adicionalmente ao movimento do transporte - sujeito a um movimento específico rotativo a fim de integrar a energia da solda na área da junção.
[0006] De acordo com a invenção, os produtos apresentam uma área de junção circunferencial. No processo da soldagem serão submetidos a dois movimentos sobrepostos, um dos quais serve para realizar o movimento para transporte do produto. O segundo movimento específico rotativo possibilita conformar de tal maneira o movimento relativo para a fonte de calor que, na medida desejada, energia de solda é introduzida em toda a área de junção.
[0007] A reivindicação 9 abrange um dispositivo que está previsto e está adequado para realizar um processo de acordo com a invenção. [0008] As reivindicações dependentes contêm modalidades preferidas, da invenção, já que são especialmente vantajosas.
[0009] O movimento específico rotativo adicional pode ser viabilizado por elementos de transporte de conformação correspondente. Para soldar produtos com faces externas curvadas, é possível, vantajosamente, gerar o movimento rotacional pelo fato de que durante o transporte dos produtos, a face externa curvada é rolada ao longo de uma parede ou de um contrarretentor estacionário ou móvel. Isto ocorre no caso de uma parede onde não é necessário um acionamento próprio para o movimento rotativo, ao passo que é proporcionada flexibilidade maior quando um contrarretentor for movido para uma posição teórica, na qual então os recipientes podem rolar e que, em seguida, pode ser novamente colocado para uma posição, por exemplo, inativa.

3/7 [00010] Vantajosamente são usadas fontes de luz laser como fontes térmicas. Da mesma maneira adapta-se como fonte de calor uma fonte de luz infravermelha de banda larga na faixa do infravermelho de ondas curtas ou médias, especialmente um irradiador de tubo vítreo, cerâmico, laminado de metal ou de carbono.
[00011] A luz laser pode ser produzida em sentido puntiforme ou na forma de uma linha.
[00012] De preferência, a soldadura é feita em um processo de soldadura contínua, no qual o componente externo é permeável à luz do laser ao passo que o componente interno é impermeável à luz do laser. Alternativamente seria também possível uma chamada soldadura de eletro-percussão com o laser. O processo é especialmente vantajoso para a produção de produtos nos quais um componente é de conformação simétrica rotativa, especialmente em formato de cilindro oco. O componente, então, na rotação adicional, seria girado ao redor do próprio eixo, por exemplo, sendo rolado em uma parede. Um componente de seção transversal angular poderá também ser soldado quando a velocidade de giro do movimento giratório específico do componente for ajustado nos cantos.

[00019] O dispositivo apresentado nas Figuras serve para a soldagem contínua do fecho 1 de um recipiente 2, contendo líquido, com o próprio recipiente 2. Os fechos 1, aproximadamente em formato circular, apresentando um colar, serão para tanto inicialmente presos no recipiente de líquido 2. No caso, o colar ou está posicionado internamente, conforme mostrado na Figura 2, ou é sobreposto na parte externa como mostra a Figura 3. Pela fixação do fecho 1 no recipiente 2, no exemplo de formato cilíndrico oco e, portanto, com simetria rotacional, os dois componentes plásticos a serem soldados (fecho 1, recipiente 2) foram colocados na sua posição de junção na qual serão fixados. O formato do recipiente 2 não precisa forçosamente ser cilíndrico. Pode também apresentar outra forma geométrica, sendo que apenas a área do recipiente 2 que deve receber o fecho 1 terá que ser conformada com simetria rotativa.
[00020] Conforme apresentado na Figura 1, verifica-se o fechamento do recipiente 2 e a fixação do fecho 1 em uma estação 3 a partir da qual os recipientes 2 fechados serão continuamente, em sequência, conduzidos para uma estação de soldagem 4. Ao invés de uma fixação (grampeamento) também podem ser empregados outros métodos ou meios de idêntica ação. Na estação de soldadura 4 estão dispostos, como fonte térmica, uma série de irradiadores de luz laser 5 ao longo de um arco circular que é direcionado para os recipientes 2 também transportados ao longo de um percurso circular. Como fontes laser serão usados, no exemplo, diodos laser que liberam a luz laser com um comprimento de ondas 980 mm ao longo de uma linha. Caso seja suficiente para o uso, a luz laser também poderá ser de modo puntiforme ou poderá ser liberada na forma de vários pontos para o componente a ser soldado. No caso de uma fonte laser puntiforme, o potencial do laser poderá ser adequado, de acordo com a posição da

5/7 peça trabalhada, de modo correspondente à geometria. No caso de várias fontes puntiformes, o potencial poderá ser dividido e regulado em zonas correspondentes. No caso de uma disposição linear estão disponíveis segmentos divididos, nos quais o potencial poderá sempre ser adequado de modo correspondente ao trabalho da soldagem. [00021] Como alternativa para uma fonte de luz laser podem também ser usados uma ou várias fontes de luz infravermelha na faixa do infravermelho de onda curta ou onda média, por exemplo, um irradiador em forma de tubo de vidro, cerâmica, laminado metálico ou carbono.
[00022] Para soldar os componentes plásticos (aqui o recipiente 2 com o fecho 1) o produto será transportado ao longo da fonte de calor 5 fixa. No transporte na área da fonte de calor 5 fixa, em aditamento ao movimento de transporte, o produto 1, 2 será submetido ao movimento específico rotativo, conforme esquematicamente apresentado na figura
2. O movimento específico rotativo poderá ser produzido pelo fato de que a estação de solda 4 contém um conjunto de transporte com elementos de transporte que podem realizar um movimento rotacional adicional.
[00023] Nos componentes de simetria rotacional, por exemplo, componentes em formato cilíndrico oco, como no exemplo de execução, verifica-se a rotação adicional ao redor do próprio do eixo do componente. Caso os produtos apresentarem faces externas correspondentemente curvadas, poderão ser conduzidos para produzir o movimento rotacional em movimento de rolamento em uma parede. Isto um economiza acionamento rotacional próprio.
[00024] O movimento rotacional adicional possibilita regular, além da conformação, na área da junção o número e a velocidade das rotações da energia de soldagem alimentada. De modo preferencial, a soldagem é feita no chamado processo de soldagem contínua, na qual

6/7 o componente externo (aqui ou o recipiente 2 de acordo a figura 2 ou fecho 1 de acordo com a figura 3), é permeável à luz laser, sendo que o componente interno é impermeável para a luz laser de maneira que a luz laser será absorvida no componente interno e aquece a área da junção. Na soldagem, os produtos são continuamente atravessados pela estação de solda 4 a fim de serem conseguidos tempos de cadenciamento elevados e também números de produtos elevados. Já antes da estação de solda 4, na estação 3 os componentes 1, 2, por unidades fixadoras integradas nas unidades de transporte, estes referidos componentes 1, 2 serão movidos para a sua posição de junção. Assim não surgem tempos adicionais para os processos de posicionamento ou fixação. Os tempos de processo convencionais em máquinas cadenciadas para a prensagem e elementos de aquecimento também são dispensados.
[00025] Em aditamento à estação de soldagem 4, os produtos serão aduzidos com componentes 1,2 soldados desde um transportador 6 para o processamento posterior, por exemplo, em uma estação de embalagem.
[00026] As Figuras 4 e 5 apresentam duas possibilidades diferentes para produzir o movimento específico rotativo no transporte dos produtos (recipiente 2 com fecho 1). Na modalidade de acordo com a Figura 4, os produtos 1, 2 serão transportados no lado afastado em relação à fonte de calor 5 ao longo de um tambor de transporte 7 no qual encostam e assim são girados.Os produtos 1, 2 movimentam-se assim na soldagem ao longo de um arco circular.
[00027] No exemplo de execução da figura 5 verifica-se o transporte com uma esteira de transporte 7 durante a soldagem em uma direção de transporte essencialmente retilínea. O movimento rotacional adicional do produto 1, 2 verifica-se ou por esmagamento contra uma parede ou por um elemento de transporte movimentado de

REIVINDICAÇÕES
1. Processo para a soldagem contínua de componentes plásticos (1, 2) de um produto ao longo de uma área de junção que se estende na circunferência, caracterizado pelo fato de que os componentes plásticos (1, 2) a serem soldados serão inicialmente movidos para a sua posição de junção onde serão fixados e em seguida, o produto para soldagem será transportado ao longo de uma fonte de calor fixa (5), sendo que na área da fonte de calor fixa (5) o produto além do movimento do transporte, é sujeito a um movimento específico rotativo a fim de introduzir a energia de soldagem na área da junção, em que produtos que apresentam faces externas correspondentemente curvadas, para a geração do movimento rotacional, serão rolados ao longo de uma parede.

4. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado pelo fato de que a luz laser é gerada de modo puntiforme ou na forma de uma linha.
5. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 2 ou 3, caracterizado pelo fato de que a soldagem é realizada no processo de solda contínua, no qual o componente externo (1,2) é permeável à luz laser, porém o componente interno (1, 2) é impermeável à luz laser.
6. Processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 4, caracterizado pelo fato de que é formado um

2/2 componente (2) com simetria rotativa, especialmente em formato de cilindro oco, o qual, em rotação adicional, será girado ao redor do próprio eixo.

Dispositivo para soldagem contínua de componentes plásticos (1, 2) de um produto ao longo de uma área de junção circunferencial com um equipamento (3) para mover os componentes plásticos a serem soldados até a sua posição de junção e para fixação nesta posição, um equipamento de transporte (7) para transporte do produto até uma fonte de calor fixa (5) e com meios dispostos na área da fonte de calor fixa (5), a fim de submeter os produtos, além do movimento de transporte, ao movimento específico rotativo, em que os produtos para gerar o movimento rotacional são rolados ao longo de uma parede.
8. Dispositivo de acordo com a reivindicação 7, caracterizado pelo fato de que uma fonte de luz laser é usada como fonte de calor (5).

Dispositivo de acordo com a reivindicação 7 ou 8, caracterizado pelo fato de que, como fonte de calor (5), é usada uma fonte de luz infravermelha na faixa infravermelha de onda curta ou média, por exemplo, uma unidade irradiadora em forma de tubo de vidro, de cerâmica, de laminado metálico ou de carbono.
