Abstract
método para aplicação de tira alongada à estrutura da porta de um veículo. a presente invenção refere-se a um método de fixação de uma tira alongada a uma estrutura de porta da estrutura de um veículo que compreende a aplicação da tira alongada por meio de um dispositivo que compreende: i. um meio de acionamento; ii. uma cabeça de aplicação; iii. uma unidade de controle de esforço posicionada entre o meio de acionamento e a cabeça de aplicação e que compreende uma ou mais unidades de sensor; iv. e uma unidade de controle para controlar o meio de acionamento, a aplicação da tira alongada que compreende avançar a tira alongada pelo meio de acionamento, posicionamento, pressão e/ou rolamento da tira alongada na estrutura de porta por meio da cabeça de aplicação e controlar o esforço da tira alongada por meio de acionamento, pelo qual um ou mais unidade de controle controla o meio de acionamento para manter o esforço da tira alongada e um intervalo desejado do esforço com base na medição do esforço da tira alongada por um ou mais sensores da unidade de controle de esforço, sendo que a tira alongada compreende uma fita adesiva que compreende uma camada de espuma tendo um primeiro e m segundo lados principais e uma camada de adesivo sensível à pressão associado a um dos lados principais da camada de espuma compreende um polímero acrílico de um ou mais acrilatos de alquila que tem uma média de 3 a 14 átomos de carbono no grupo alquila, em que a camada de espuma tem uma densidade de, ao menos, 540kg/m³.
