Abstract
métodos e sistemas para ligação covalente ou cocura de partes compostas usando um aparelho smp rígido / maleável. a presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho para fabricar uma parte composta, tal como uma fuselagem ou reforçador interno um aparelho de polímero de memória de forma (smp) que pode ser usado tanto na ferramenta de "lay-up" rígida quanto em uma bexiga. o aparelho smp pode ser aquecido até que esteja maleável, moldado, e então resfriado em uma configuração de ferramenta rígida desejada. por exemplo, podem ser formadas cavidades no aparelho smp para colocar componentes no mesmo para ligar por covalência ou cocurar com a parte composta. em seguida, o material composto pode ser aplicado no aparelho smp e então colocado em uma ferramenta externa rígida e aquecido para temperaturas de cura nas quais o aparelho smp é maleável. pode ser induzido um diferencial de pressão que impulsiona o aparelho smp para comprimir o material composto contra a ferramenta externa rígida. quando o material composto é curado, o aparelho smp pode ser impulsionado para longe do material composto curado e removido de dentro da parte composta.
