Abstract

método para gerar um modelo de um objeto plano a partir de vistas do objeto. a invenção se refere a um método para gerar um modelo de um objeto plano a partir de vistas tiradas por pelo menos duas câmeras calibradas, que pode gerar representações volumétricas e bidimensionais do objeto. as representações podem ser um mapa de profundidade, uma representação volumérica ou uma representação de malha. o método compreende as seguintes etapas básicas: calibrar pelo menos duas câmeras, calcular varias coordenadas 3d de pelo menos três pontos que pertencem ao mesmo plano do objeto plano, calcular a equação do plano compreendendo no objeto plano, selecionar pelo menos uma região que representa a superfície do objeto plano, em pelo menos uma vista proporcionada por pelo menos uma câmara, e calcular a intersecção entre a região selecionada que representa a superfície do objeto e a equação do plano.
