método e aparelho para transferência de célula em um sistema de comunicação, estação base, e, software de computador. um método, dispositivo e sistema para transferência de célula no sistema de comunicação suportando agregação de portadora (ca) são fornecidos na presente invenção. o método para transferência de célula inclui as seguintes etapas: a estação base (bs) determina que se portadoras componentes correspondendo a uma ou mais células a serem acessadas estão na mesma banda de frequência, onde a uma ou mais células a serem acessadas pertencem a uma bs alvo, e são selecionadas por um terminal que necessita efetuar a transferência e é servido pela bs; se sim, a bs encapsula informação de configuração de todas as células na uma ou mais células a serem acessadas em um comando de transferência para iniciar transferência de célula; ao contrário, a bs encapsula informação de configuração de uma ou mais células na uma ou mais células a serem acessadas no comando de transferência, e envia o comando de transferência para a bs alvo. a presente invenção também fornece um dispositivo para transferência de célula em um sistema de telecomunicação suportando agregação portadora, uma bs incluindo o dispositivo e um sistema de telecomunicação incluindo a bs do mesmo.
