Abstract

Soft packaging for cigarettes. The present invention relates to a soft cigarette package having an inner wrapper (11) made of packaging material, the inner wrapper (11) wrapping the contents of the package on all sides at least in an essential manner, and wherein the inner casing (11) has a front side (17) and a large rear side (19) as well as a front side (17) and a rear side (19) which are joined by narrow sides (18) as well as a bottom side (21) and an upper side (20) extending along corresponding side faces of the contents of the essentially parapeped-shaped package, and the inner shell (11) in the side region the front (17), the rear (19), the narrow sides (18) and the bottom (21), is surrounded by an outer wrapper (12) made of folding packaging material. [0001] The present invention relates to a soft packaging for cigarettes with an inner wrapper, consisting of foldable packaging material, intended for a group of cigarettes as the contents of the pack, said inner wrapper wrapping the contents of the pack in all sides, at least in essential form, the inner casing having a front side and a rear side of great extension, as well as a front side and a rear side that joined by narrow sides, as well as a bottom side and a upper side, which extend along corresponding side faces of the package contents, essentially in the form of parallelepiped, and the inner wrapping, in the region on the front side, on the rear side of the narrow sides and on the bottom side is surrounded by an outer wrapper that consists of a foldable packaging material according to the invention. In addition, the invention encompasses a process for producing such a soft packaging.

This solution especially has the advantage that by cutting out the outer wrapping, the withdrawal opening is enlarged, and the adhesive label allows a new closure of the soft packaging.
