sistema e método para prover mobilidade com uma arquitetura de agente doméstico de divisão. o dispositivo (10) compreende uma turbina (22,34) tendo um impulsor (22), e um gerador elétrico (12,24) tendo um estator (12) dotado de enrolamentos de estator distribuídos em torno de uma superfície cilíndrica (x) coaxial ao impulsor (22), e um ímã permanente (24) que é giratório em relação ao estator (12) e é conectado acionadamente para rotação com o impulsor (22). o impulsor (22) é alojado dentro do íma permanente (24) e o conjunto formado pelo impulsor (22) e pelo ímã permanente (24) é alojado dentro do estator (12). o ímã permanente (24) é feito como um corpo cilíndrico oco único de material de densidade magnética elevada com magnetização diametral.
