Abstract

estator para uma bomba ou um motor de cavidade progressiva,método de montagem de um estator,elemento de âncora interno,seção de elemento de âncora interno, e tampa de extremidade para um estator. a presente invenção refer-se a um estator (100) para uma bomba ou um motor de cavidade proguessiva, que compreende uma carcaça de estator e um fio de estator feitos de um material moldado no interior da carcaça. a carcaça de estator (120) é um tubo externo (120) e um elemento de âncora interno (110) no interior. ele tem aberturas radialmente dispostas (130) e está espaçado do tubo externo de modo que o material do fio possa ser moldado através das aberturas para localizar mecanicamente o fio na carcaça. para fixar o elemento de âncora interno no tubo externo, a face de extremidade axial (114) do elemento de âncora interno cada uma tem um primeiro conjunto (112) de saliências e reentrâncias em torno da circuferência da mesma. duas tampas de extremidade (140) da carcaça são fixadas nas faces de extremidade do tubo externo. cada tampa de extremidade é provida com uma parte de interconexão tendo um segundo conjunto (142) de saliências e reentrâncias. os primeiro e segundo conjuntos de saliências e reentrâncias enterengatam para fixar mecanicamente o elemento de âncora interno axial e radialmente dentro do tubo externo.
