Abstract
dreno de venturi para laminadores com mancal de autobombeio. a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema que é revelado para uso em um mancal de película de óleo de laminador para remover óleo que sai de entre uma luva rotativa e um bhamento fixo que circunda a luva. o sistema compreende uma câmara anular disposta para receber o fluxo de saída de óleo. a câmara é isolada de um reservatório de drenagem por superfícies de confinamento incluindo uma interface de vedação definida por uma vedação flexível em contato com um componente rígido adjacente do mancal. propulsores se projetam na câmara e são rotativos com e na velocidade de referida luva para impulsionar rotativamente óleo ao redor da câmara. um conduto de descarga se comunica tangencialmente com a câmara e é disposto para receber um fluxo pressurizado do óleo sendo rotativamente impulsionado ao redor da câmara. um venturi está localizado no conduto de descarga. um conduto de sucção liga o venturi ao reservatório de drenagem. óleo que escapa da câmara anular que passa na interface de vedação no reservatório de drenagem é aspirado para remoção, via o conduto de descarga.
