Abstract
método de fabricação de um teclado de membrana flexível, lâmina de contato flexível de tipo normalmente fechado, chave de contato para teclado de membrana flexível, teclado de membrana flexível. o interruptor (10) compreende um circuito impresso (12), de forma geralmente plana, e uqe compreende uma primeira face suportando um primeiro bloco de contato, uma segunda face (12b), oposta à primeira, suportando um segundo bloco de contato (18), e um orifício de passagem (14) que permite o acesso entre a primeira e segundo face (12b). o interruptor (10) também inclui um condutor (20), que compreende uma primeira parte (22), que opera em conjunto com o primeiro bloco de contato (16), e uma segunda parte (24), que se estende entre uma primeira extremidade (24a), fixada à primeira parte (22), e uma segunda extremidade livre (24b), passando através do orifício (14). a segunda parte (24) é elasticamente deformável entre uma posição de repouso, sendo que sua segunda extremidade (24b) opera em conjunto com o segundo bloco de contato (18), e uma posição forçada, em que sua segunda extremidade (24b) é movida para longe da segunda placa de contato (18).
