Abstract
MÉTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA REMOÇÃO DE SUBSTÂNCIAS ORGÂNICAS VOLÁTEIS A PARTIR DO AR CONTIDO DE HABITATS FECHADOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para remoção de substâncias orgânicas voláteis a partir do ar contido de habitats fechados, compreendendo as seguintes etapas de método: a) condução do ar contido através de um leito de absorvedor (3) formado por um leito de zeólito hidrofóbico, b) fechamento do leito de absorvedor, c) extração do ar a partir do leito de absorvedor e alimentação do ar no habitat fechado (1), d) desorção das substâncias orgânicas voláteis, em particular, freons, tais como R134a e VOCs a partir do leito de absorvedor (3) por aquecimento do adsorvedor (3), e) condução das substâncias desorvidas a um ambiente (13) fora do habitat fechado, no qual vapor de água, água ou CO2 é alimentado ao leito de absorvedor (3), via uma linha de purga (SL). O dispositivo compreende um alojamento (14) para acomodar um adsorvedor (3), uma linha de suprimento de ar contido (RZL), uma linha de retorno de ar contido (RRL), uma linha de purga (SL), e pelo menos uma linha de descarga de ar (AL, Al1, AL2) para retorno de ar a partir do leito absorvedor no habitat fechado (1), e para condução do desorbato a um ambiente (13) fora do habitat fechado (1), no qual uma bomba de vácuo (9) e uma válvula de três vias (11) são dispostas na linha de admissão de ar (AL), e no qual a descarga de válvula de três vias (11) está ligada ao habitat fechado (1) e a outra descarga da válvula de três vias (11) está ligada ao ambiente (13) fora do habitat fechado (1).
