dispositivo que usa raios x para realçar partes de tecido macio em radioterapia médica. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo que usa raios x para realçar partes de tecido macio em imageamento médico. esse dispositivo e um método associado podem ser implantados, em particular, em um equipamento de radioterapia, ou usados em radioterapia. um aspecto da invenção é um controle da dose de radiação necessária para a terapia, cujo controle envolve o imageamento de contraste de fase com o uso de raios x para realçar partes de tecido macio, e pode preferencialmente ser usado em um aparelho de radioterapia. o resultado do imageamento por meio do realce de partes de tecido macio pode ser usado ara planejamento de terapia em tempo real e que não seja em tempo real e para adaptar o plano de tratamento ou a dose de radiação. o presente controle de dose de radiação compreende: c) imageamento anatômico para localizar tumores antes, durante e depois da irradiação, d) opcionalmente: adaptação em tempo real do plano de tratamento com base no imafeamento que realça as partes de tecido macio. o posicionamento e a disposição da combinação de fontes de raios x s e do detector d em tal aparelho de radioterapia e de um acelerador t são independentes entre si. o acelerador torna possível cobrir todo o corpo do paciente p em raios x.
