Abstract
método para resfriar chapa de metal por meio de uma seção de resfriamento, seção de resfriamento e dispositivo de controle para uma seção de resfriamento. a invenção refere-se a uma seção de resfriamento, a um dispositivo de controle para uma seção de resfriamento, a um código de programa legível por máquina, a uma mídia de armazenamento e a um método para resfriar chapa de metal por meio de uma seção de resfriamento. a seção de resfriamento tem uma pluralidade de dispositivos de dispensação de refrigerante para resfriar uma face superior de chapa de metal e uma pluralidade de dispositivos de dispensação de refrigerante para resfriar uma face inferior de chapa de metal. por meio do resfriamento um estado-alvo predefinido da chapa de metal é alcançado em um ponto de referência na saída da seção de resfriamento e/ou após a mesma, em que dispensação de refrigerante é determinada, em que o primeiro e o segundo dispositivo de dispensação de refrigerante são arranjados opsotos à chapa de metal. por causa de a dispensação de refrigerante para os primeiro e segundo dispositivos de dispensação de refrigerante (2) ser determinada com base em um fluxo predefinido de calor a ser dissipado pelo lado de chapa de metal (o,u) que confronta o respectivo de dispensação de refrigerante (2), em que uma temperatura, em particular temperatura de superfície (to,tu) do respectido lado de chapa de metal (o,u) é considerada para o respectivo fluxo de calor a ser dissipado, a planeza de palca que é produzida pode ser aumentada adiconalmente de forma simultânea com um alta taxa de produção do trem de laminação de chapa.
