Abstract
processo para a remoção de contaminantes oxigenados a partir de uma corrente de hidrocarbonetos a presente invenção é um processo para remover os contaminantes oxigenados e a água de uma corrente de hidrocarbonetos compreendendo: introduzir a corrente de hidrocarbonetos contaminado em uma fase gasosa em uma zona de absorção, contatar tal corrente de hidrocarboneto em tal zona de absorção com um absorvente capaz de absorver a água e os contaminantes oxigenados em condições eficazes para produzir, - uma corrente de hidrocarboneto suspensa tendo contaminantes oxigenados reduzidos e conteúdo de água e - correntes de fundo absorvente compreendendo o absorvente, os hidrocarbonetos e tendo contaminantes oxigenados aumentados e um conteúdo de água, introduzindo a corrente de fundos absorventes acima em uma zona de descascamento em condições eficazes para produzir, - uma corrente de fundos absorventes essencialmente livre de hidrocarbonetos, contaminantes oxigenados e água e - uma corrente de fundos absorventes compreendendo essencialmente hidrocarbonetos, água e contaminantes oxigenados, reciclar a corrente de fundos de absorvente da zona de descascamento para a zona de absorção, opcionalmente fracionando a corrente suspensa da zona de descascamento para recuperar os hidrocarbonetos, opcionalmente enviando a suspensão da zona de absorção para uma lavagem cáustica para remover os componentes ácidos e recuperar uma corrente de hidrocarbonetos essencialmente libre de água e contaminados oxigenados.
