Abstract
método de fabricar estruturas de orientação de fluxo de líquido para substratos porosos. a invenção refere-se a um método para fabricar camadas estruturais de orientação de líquido por impressão de flexografia ou de gravura sobre uma folha de substrato, usando uma solução de impressão, que altera as propriedades da folha de substrato de modo que o fluxo de líquido é prevenido na área das camadas estruturais. a capacidade de penetração da camada de impresão dentro da folha de substrato pode ser regulada pela pressão do cilindro de impressão e a composição da solução de impressão. no método, é possível usar soluções de impressão consistindo de polímeros econômicos, e um solvente. em termos de tecnologia de impressão, a invenção é compatível com máquinas de impressão existentes e é assim altamente apropriada para produção em massa.
