Abstract
Composições de meio melhoradas, métodos de seleção e cepas de agrobactéria para transformação de plantas. A presente invenção refere-se ao campo da produção de plantas transgênicas através de transformação de células mediada por agrobacterias um de culturas de suspensão de calos embriogênicos somáticos ou suspensão embriogênica e regeneração da células transformadas em plantas de composição de frutas. Em particular, a presente invenção refere-se à produção de plantas transgênicas da família euphorbiacease. A presente invenção ainda refere-se às composições do meio, métodos de seleção de cepas engenheiradas de agrobacterium tumefaciens que melhoram a eficiência da transformação mediada por agrobacterium.
