Abstract
''processo para fabricar uma biela feita de um compósito com uma sobre-espessura localizada'' a presente invenção refere-se a um método para fabricar uma biela (19) feita de um compósito que possui uma extremidade na forma de uma manilha (21). de acordo com a invenção, uma máquina de trançado (12) aplica uma camada (16a-16e) de fibras reforçadas (14) trançada em torno de um mandril (5) ao longo de todo o comprimento deste; em seguida, uma máquina de enrolamento aplica uma camada (17a-17d) de fibras de reforço em torno da extremidade (7,5) correspondente á manilha (21); outras camadas de fibras trançadas (16a-16e) e fibras enroladas (17a-17d) são aplicadas alternadamente até construir uma espessura de fibras (14) suficiente para formar a manilha (21). depois disso, injeta-se resina nas várias camadas (16a-16e, 17a-17d) de fibras trançadas e enroladas, curando-se a resina em seguida, e a extremidade que compreende as camas enroladas (17a-17d) é usinada a fim de formar a manilha (21) nela.
