método para adquirir um relatório de status do protocolo de convergência de dados em pacote e entidade de protocolo de convergência de dados em pacote. a invenção divulga um método de adquirir um relatório de status do protocolo de convergência de dados em pacote e uma entidade pdcp. o método inclui as etapas a seguir: uma entiddae pdcp envia para uma entidade pdcp oposta uma unidade de dados de protocolo pdcp (pdu) usada para solicitar a transmissão de um relatório de status de pdcp; a entidade pdcp recebe o relatório de status de pdcp que é transmitido a prtir da entiddae pdcp oposta de acordo com a pdcp pdu. com a invenção, a qualidade de serviços e desempenho do sistema de comunicação sem fio são melhorados.
