Abstract
blindagem anti furos para pneus pneumáticos. a presente invenção pertence ao setor de pneus, e se refere, mais especificamente, a uma blindagem para proteção de pneus que não permite que objetos pontiagudos penetrem na câmara de ar, sendo aplicado a carrinhos de mão, bicicletas, motocicletas, carros e veículos de transporte correlatos. na presente solução o objeto perfurador ao entrar em contato com a banda de rodagem é entortado e deformado, não permitindo que o objeto entre em contato com a câmara de ar. para isso, revela-se uma blindagem (2) para pneus pneumáticos, preferencialmente de termoplástico com dureza shore entre 80a e 100a (ou superior a shore 35d) que possa ser injetada em pvc, produzida com em eva, com borracha expandida, pu expandido, pvc expandido, borracha vulcanizada. sejam estes matérias vindos de matéria prima virgem ou de compostos de sobras e/ou reciclagem bem como outro processo industrial que permita que o material ainda fique flexível, mas em durezas superiores a shore 80a.
