Abstract

MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM TUBO PARA VIGA DE EIXO VEICULAR. A presente invenção se refere a um método de fabricação de um tubo para viga de eixo veicular, preferencialmente utilizado em eixos para caminhões, ônibus, reboques e semirreboques, compreendendo um tubo cilíndrico (1) fabricado por processo de estamparia, a partir de cortar tiras de chapa de aço (2), e estampar as bordas da tira de chapa de aço (2), conformando um perfil em C (3), um perfil em U (4), e um perfil em O (5), respectivamente, posteriormente soldar longitudinalmente a junção (6) do perfil em O de modo a fechar o perfil, conformando o tubo (1).
