Abstract

Trata-se a presente invenção de um dispositivo de liberação de endoprótese valvulada e endoprótese valvulada, pertencente à área de medicina, mais particularmente trata-se de um dispositivo para a liberação de endoprótese valvulada desenvolvida especificamente para o tratamento endovascular combinado de doença valvar aórtica e do segmento da aorta ascendente, sendo que o dispositivo permite a navegabilidade endovascular do conjunto até que a endoprótese valvulada seja acoplada especificamente para o reparo de segmentos da aorta ascendente lesionados e substituição da válvula aórtica calcificada, além de restaurar a anatomia e garantir a consolidação de um fluxo sanguíneo adequado na região a ser tratada. A invenção consiste de um dispositivo de liberação de endoprótese valvulada composto por vários segmentos tubulares sobrepostos, onde através do movimento do tubo bainha (6) libera a endoprótese valvulada acoplada na região proximal para implante endovascular por expansão de balão (8) ou auto expansão e uma endoprótese valvulada dotada de um corpo tubular (100) acoplado a uma válvula aórtica (VA).
