A invenção refere-se a composições herbicidas e aos métodos empregando as combinações de (a) um composto da fórmula (1): ÁCIDO 4-AMINO-3-CLORO-6-(4-CLORO-2-FLUORO- 3- METOXIFENIL) PIRIDINA-2-CARBOXÍLICO ou um sal agricolamente aceitável ou seu éster e (b) flurtamona.
