Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE SOLUÇÃO DE SULFATO DE ZINCO, OBTIDO DE PÓ DE ACIARIA, E INSUMO FERTILIZANTE CORRESPONDENTE Refere-se a presente patente de invenção de processo de recuperação de zinco proveniente de resíduos de pó de aciaria e à obtenção de solução de sulfato de zinco com concentração acima de 12 % para aplicação como fertilizantes. A invenção tem como finalidade agregar valor a um resíduo de siderurgia, através da conversão parcial de passivo ambiental em produto comercial aproveitando o pó de aciaria como matéria prima para a produção de um fertilizante líquido e pronto para uso, contendo zinco e enxofre, com baixa produção de efluente líquido. A presente invenção possui como principais vantagens a extrema simplicidade, utilização de temperaturas amenas, uso de um único reagente, conversão total dos reagentes em um produto em solução, de qualidade comercial, pronto para o uso como adubo foliar, com baixa geração de efluentes líquidos e sem geração de resíduos adicionais
