Abstract

MECANISMO PARA CARRINHO MÓVEL PARA QUEIMADOR, COM SISTEMA DE AJUSTE PARA POSICIONAMENTO EM FORNO INDUSTRIAL, constituído a partir de um carrinho (1) para queimador (Q) para uso ao longo de plataforma (P) de fornos industriais (F), cuja base (2) com rodízios (3) aloja equipamento de exaustão (E) e de alimentação de gás controladospor painel (PA) e, um fuso vertical (4) acoplando em seu helicoide um volante (5) rosqueado entre luvas deslizantes superior (6) e inferior (7), de faces de encosto lisas, as quais são ligadas por mão francesa (8) a um braço perpendicular (9) dotado de trilho móvel (10), formando um suporte de fixação do queimador (Q). Através do seu conjunto de fuso (4), volante (5), luvas (6) e (7) e braço (9) com trilho (10), o mecanismo possibilita o deslocamento mais facilitado do carrinho (1) quando, pelo ajuste no giro o queimador (Q) pode ser carregado perfeitamente paralelo à plataforma (P) e, junto ao forno (F), podendo subir e descer, ser girado e, ainda, afastado ou aproximado da portinhola (PO).MOBILE TROLLEY MECHANISM FOR BURNER, WITH ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM FOR POSITIONING IN AN INDUSTRIAL OVEN, made up of a trolley (1) for the burner (Q) for use along the platform (P) of industrial ovens (F), whose base ( 2) with casters (3) houses exhaust (E) and gas supply equipment controlled by panel (PA) and a vertical spindle (4) coupling in its helicoid a handwheel (5) threaded between upper sliding sleeves (6) and bottom (7), with smooth abutment faces, which are connected by a brace (8) to a perpendicular arm (9) equipped with a movable rail (10), forming a support for fixing the burner (Q). Through its set of spindle (4), handwheel (5), gloves (6) and (7) and arm (9) with rail (10), the mechanism allows easier displacement of the trolley (1) when, by adjustment in turning the burner (Q) can be loaded perfectly parallel to the platform (P) and, next to the oven (F), being able to go up and down, be rotated and also moved away from or closer to the hatch (PO).
