Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE GLICINA ENRIQUECIDA COM CRISTAIS DE CLORETO DE SóDIO COM FLUXO MELHORADO". A presente invenção se relaciona a um processo cíclico simples, económico e eficiente para produção de glicina enriquecida no formato dodecaédrico rómbico, fluxo livre de sal comum da salmoura, dito processo compreendendo etapas de adição de glicina de concentração variando entre 10 á 25% para a salmoura saturada, evaporação da salmoura saturada contendo glicina para obter cristais tendo alto índice de glicina, com mother líquor, lavagem dos cristais com salmoura saturada para obter sal comum enriquecido com glicina no formato dodecaédrico rómbico tendo glicina índice variando entre 05 à 1.0% e salmoura lavada, combinando o mother liquor e a salmoura lavada para obter a salmoura resultante, sujeitando a salmoura resultante à evaporação solar, e repetindo as etapas de (iii) à (v) para obter sal comum enriquecido com glicina no formato dodecaédrico rómbico da salmoura com concentração de glicina variando entre 0.5 à 1.0%."Process for Producing Enriched Glycine with Enhanced Flow Sodium Chloride Crystals". The present invention relates to a simple, economical and efficient cyclic process for producing rhombic dodecahedral-shaped glycine-enriched common salt free salt brine, said process comprising glycine addition steps of concentration ranging from 10 to 25% for saturated brine, evaporation of saturated glycine containing brine to obtain high glycine index crystals, with mother liquor, washing of crystals with saturated brine to obtain rhombic dodecahedral glycine-enriched common salt having glycine index ranging from 05 to 1.0% and brine washed, combining the mother liquor and the washed brine to obtain the resulting brine, subjecting the resulting brine to solar evaporation, and repeating steps (iii) to (v) to obtain the glycine-enriched common salt in the rhombic dodecahedral format of brine with glycine concentration ranging from 0.5 to 1.0%.
