Цель изобретения - создание низкотемпературного и низкобарического способа синтеза кристаллов алмаза особой чистоты (безметальных и безазотных) и совершенной структуры для микроэлектроники и лазерной техники, а также значительное упрощение способа. Сущность предлагаемого способа заключается в использовании окислительно-восстановительных реакций взаимной нейтрализации электроотрицательных и электроположительных атомов углерода в смесях его простых воднорастворимых органических соединений алифатического ряда, взаимодействие которых в водных растворах при низких РТ-параметрах приводит к алмазной поликонденсации.The invention relates to methods for producing synthetic diamonds of great economic importance. The purpose of the invention is the creation of a low-temperature and low-pressure method for the synthesis of diamond crystals of high purity (metalless and nitrogen-free) and a perfect structure for microelectronics and laser technology, as well as a significant simplification of the method. The essence of the proposed method consists in the use of redox reactions of mutual neutralization of electronegative and electropositive carbon atoms in mixtures of its simple water-soluble organic compounds of the aliphatic series, the interaction of which in aqueous solutions at low PT parameters leads to diamond polycondensation.
