Abstract

"PROCESSO APERFEIçOADO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM SISTEMA BARBEADOR A úMIDO COM UMA BARRA DE PROTEçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fabricação de um sistema barbeador a úmido compreendendo pelo menos uma lâmina (4), uma plataforma (1) e uma barra de proteção (2) tendo duas extremidades e posicionada diante pelo menos de uma lâmina e paralela ao gume cortante da lâmina, o dito processo compreendendo as etapas de prover uma barra de proteção (2) tendo duas extremidades, posicionando a dita barra de proteção em uma cavidade de molde para a dita plataforma; moldar pelo menos parte da plataforma (3) pela injeção de plástico na cavidade de molde; em que a dita pelo menos parte da plataforma (3) é moldada sobre as ditas extremidades da dita barra de proteção. A barra de proteção pode ser fabricada de metal ou madeira e pode exibir uma ampla faixa de diâmetro e formato, pode ser lisa ou áspera e pode compreender protuberâncias.
