Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO INDUSTRIAL DE PóS ALTAMENTE DISPERSOS". A presente invenção refere-se à produção industrial de pós finos dispersos, em que o material a ser pulverizado é misturado com gás de processamento sob alta pressão em uma suspensão de gás-sólidos, a qual é transportada através de bocais de aceleração (8) para a câmara de pulverização do dispositivo pulverizador de jato contrário (9), para execução de pulverização autógena. O método é conhecido pelo fato de que a suspensão de gás-sólidos pulverizada é transportada no ciclo de pulverização pelo menos para um tanque intermediário (12), onde o gás é removido da mistura e os sólidos são coletados no tanque intermediário (12), que serão retornados junto com a nova matéria-prima para o procedimento de pulverização, até que no equipamento seja obtida uma desejada carga em circulação, após o que o processo contínua, de modo que tanto quanto de produto pronto é removido do mesmo, tanto quanto de um novo material é adicionado ao mesmo.
