Abstract

"INSTALAçãO E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM CONDUTO TUBULAR RìGIDO ENROLADO". A invenção se refere a uma instalação para a fabricação de um conduto tubular rígido enrolado, o dito conduto tubular rígido sendo destinado a ser instalado por um navio de deposição. A dita instalação comporta uma unidade de montagem para montar uma pluralidade de tubos rígidos extremidade com extremidade de modo a obter segmentos e para montar os ditos segmentos de modo a formar o dito conduto tubular rígido que é destinado a ser enrolado sobre uma bobina de armazenagem situada sobre o dito navio de deposição. A instalação compreende: meios de deformação e de enrolamento intermediários (11) dispostos sobre primeiros meios flutuantes (10) distintos do dito navio de deposição para deformar plasticamente o dito conduto tubular rígido (28) e enrolar o mesmo sobre os ditos meios de enrolamento intermediários (11) depois que o dito conduto tubular rígido (28) o dito conduto tubular rígido (28) tenha sido formado; e, meios de conexão (18) adaptados para ligar os ditos primeiros meios flutuantes (10) e a dita unidade de montagem.
